Few things to remember while selecting a wedding venue



While booking a wedding venue, a few things should be taken care of to select the perfect wedding venue and avoid any kinds of disasters. The first thing is the size of the hall. The wedding hall should neither be too large nor too small according to the strength of the guests. This does not mean that if you have invited 60 people, you should order for exactly 60 chairs. Though, in case you are expecting 60 guests, you should have an arrangement for at least 80 people but not more than 100. This is because you would not like to face such a situation when your guests are not able to find a place to sit and too much empty space will give you (and perhaps the guests) a negative vibe of many people being absent from the occasion. 

Also, making more than the required arrangements will do nothing but increases your catering bill. But if you are inviting a band for the evening entertainment or setting up a dance stage, you should also make sure that enough space is available for these activities. Sometimes these people add other miscellaneous expenses to your bill saying that these were added later. So it is very important that you have an idea of the bill you get after the occasion and there is no surprise cost added to it.

Don’t book a venue too early to the day of the event. This will add to your rental expenses.
